Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using MintParking's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Service Description

MintParking provides a parking management platform that connects property owners with parking customers. Our service includes:

• Property and parking space listing management
• Payment processing for parking transactions
• Monthly payout distribution to property owners
• Professional signage and QR code systems
• Dashboard and analytics tools
• Customer support services

Revenue Share and Fees

MintParking operates on a transparent fee structure:

• Property owners retain up to 92% of parking revenue
• MintParking charges 8% + $0.30 per transaction to cover platform operations, services, and payment processing
• No setup fees, monthly fees, or hidden charges
• All payment processing fees are included in our commission

Property Owner Responsibilities

As a property owner using MintParking, you agree to:

• Provide accurate property and parking space information
• Maintain legal right and authority to offer parking at listed properties
• Display provided signage prominently at your property
• Keep parking spaces accessible during active listing periods
• Comply with all local laws and regulations regarding parking
• Maintain property liability insurance as required by law

Payouts and Payment Terms

Property owners receive monthly payouts via direct deposit:

• Payouts are processed on the first business day of each month
• Payment covers the previous month's parking revenue after deducting platform fees (8% + $0.30 per transaction)
• Valid banking information must be on file to receive payouts
• Minimum payout threshold is $10
• Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe

Cancellation and Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• Property owners may cancel at any time with 7 days written notice
• No cancellation fees or penalties apply
• Final payout will be processed in the next monthly cycle
• MintParking reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms
• All obligations for transactions completed prior to termination remain in effect

Liability and Indemnification

MintParking provides a platform service and is not responsible for:

• Property damage or loss occurring at your parking spaces
• Disputes between property owners and parking customers
• Compliance with local parking regulations and zoning laws
• Vehicle damage, theft, or other incidents at listed properties

Property owners agree to indemnify and hold harmless MintParking from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the operation of their parking spaces.

Intellectual Property

The MintParking platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by MintParking and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
