What could your parking lot earn?
Drag the sliders to match your property. The payout is what you'd keep after MintParking's fee — no surprises.
Estimates are based on the numbers you enter and don't guarantee actual earnings, which depend on local demand and pricing.
About the calculator
How is the estimate calculated?
We multiply your number of spaces by the hours they're occupied and your hourly rate to get gross revenue, then subtract MintParking's fee (8% plus 30¢ per paid session) to show your net payout. It's an estimate based on your inputs, not a guarantee.
What hourly rate should I use?
Look at nearby paid lots and meters as a baseline. Dense downtowns and event areas support higher rates; suburban lots are lower. You can change your rate anytime, including different rates by day and time.
What counts as a 'busy hour'?
An hour when a space is actually occupied and paid. Most lots aren't full all day, so use a realistic average — the number of hours a typical space is in use, not the hours your lot is open.
Does the estimate include MintParking's fees?
Yes. The payout shown is after our fee of 8% plus 30¢ per paid session, so it reflects what actually reaches your bank account.
